今の季節は、山羊のチーズ、シェーブルチーズの季節です。熟成期間がとても短く新鮮でハーブの香が
楽しめる山羊のチーズは食べごろです。南フランスのペラルドンというチーズ、今夜ロゼワインにあわ
せてとろとろのチーズいただきます。
Goat milk cheese, Fromage au lait de chèvre is the cheese for this season. Since the ripening
period is short, these are still rather fresh. This is the time to eat. I look forward to having the
melting cheese for tonight called Perldon from south France for rose wine.
