July 31, 2016 レイトハーベスト・ジンファンデル LATE HARVEST ZINFANDEL

ワインとチーズのワンデイレッスンの最後のワインは、昨日紹介した小さなお菓子に合わせて、
遅済みの果実の風味が甘くて美味しい赤ワインです。カリフォルニアワインがテーマだから、
ジンファンデルでしめました。(One Day Lesson for Wine & Cheese with T. sweets. Labo)

For the Once Day Collaboration Lesson with T. sweets. Labo, the last wine with the sweets,
small cookies (see yesterday’s blog) was a late harvest wine called DASHE LATE HARVEST
ZINFANDEL. Since the theme was California wine for the class, Zinfandel was selected.

July 30, 2016 小菓子 Small Cookies

ワインとチーズのワンデイレッスンの最後は、小さなお菓子。サクサクの食感のクッキーをいただきました。

July 29, 2016 ジンファンデル ZINFANDEL

ワインとチーズのワンデイレッスンの温メイン、季節のフルーツグラタン(昨日のブログ参照)は、
カリフォルニアから買ってきたソノマジンファンデル(SONOMA ZINFANDEL SEHESIO)です。
ワイルドストロベリーの香りとタンニンのバランスがいいワインでした。

For the Once Day Collaboration Lesson with T. sweets. Labo, the wine for the hot main sweets
plate, Seasonal Fruits Gratin, (see yesterday's blog) was selected SONOMA ZINFANDEL SEHESIO
from the selection that I bought in CA. It was a well-balanced wine, which aroma was

ワインとチーズのワンデイレッスンの温メインは、季節のフルーツグラタンです。熱々をいただきました。

July 27, 2016 白いカカオのパンナコッタ Panna Cotta with White Cocoa

ワインとチーズのワンデイレッスン、冷たいメインは、白いカカオのパンナコッタです。
お手製カカオの風味がまろやかなお味です。

The cold main sweet dish was Panna Cotta with White Cocoa for the Once Day
Collaboration Lesson with T. sweets. Labo . Hand made cocoa was very mild
to the taste adding the special value on the Panna Cotta.

July 26, 2016 複雑な味 Complex Aroma 

ワインとチーズのワンデイレッスン、新茶の新茶の冷製ポタージュ(昨日のブログ参照)には、
フルーツの酸味に樽香を感じる複雑でアロマティックなワイン、カリフォルニアのテスタロッサ 
(TESTAROSSA Sta. Rita Hills)で買ってきたシャルドネを合わせました。

The wine for cold green tea potage soup (See the yesterday’s blog) was selected
Chardonnay from TESTAROSSA Sta. Rita Hills, California for the Once Day Collaboration
Lesson with T. sweets. Labo . It was complex with the mixture of sour, fruity and oak

ワインとチーズのワンデイレッスン、スープは新茶の新茶の冷製ポタージュ。新茶の香りでリフレッシュ、

Fresh green tea fragrance made us refreshed.

ワインとチーズのワンデイレッスンの最初ワインは酸味がすっきりと美味しいソフィアコッポラの
名前に因んだカリフォルニアワインです。爽やかです。

先日、T. sweets. Laboとコラボレーションレッスンを行いました。テーマは『初夏の
スウィーツフルコースとカリフォルニアワインのいろは』です。スウィーツとワインの
組み合を探究しました。

Once Day Collaboration Lesson with T. sweets. Labo was organized the other day.
Its Theme was “Summer sweets Full Course and California Wine ABC” aiming
to marriage of sweets and wine.
