フランスのブリという名前のチーズ。三兄弟といわれています。個性豊かな白カビチーズ、その中でも
ブリ・ド・モーがお気に入りです。

The cheese is called Brie. Brie has three brothers. Each type is very unique and different.
Among those, I like Brie de Meaux is my best.
