新世界のテーブルのレッスンでは、4種類の新世界のチーズを2種類の新世界のワインに合わせました。
オーストラリアのクリームチーズは、とても濃厚で、そのまま食べてもおいしいです。
メープルシロップや鰹節にあわせてもおいしいよ。
At the lesson at New World Table, four cheeses made in New World with two New World wines
were served. One of four cheeses was cream cheese from Australia, which is good with eating
just as it is. In addition that, the cream cheese with maple syrup and/or a piece of dried bonito
are also good.
