December 27, 2014 エレガントなワイン Elegant in Wine

この時期沢山飲んで、うっとりするいい季節ですね。今年もいろいろなワイン飲みました。
赤も白もしっかりした重いワインより、エレガントな軽めのワインがお気に入り。お料理に
合わせてワインをかえることが一番だけど、ピノノワールが、ベストかな。

There are so many opportunities to have a verity of wines in this season. Recently I like
lighter wine better compared to heavy strong wine for both white and red. This is important
to choose wine depending on what you eat. Even so, Pinot Noir is the best for me.
