チーズにあうパンのクラスに通い始めました。先日のクラスは、バケットでした。バケットにもいろいろ
あります。中のふわふわを楽しむフランスの家庭のバケット、そとを楽しむハードなタイプなど。
早速色々なバケットの比較をスタジオで楽しみました。バケットに一番あうチーズは白カビチーズです。　

The new class that I am attending is to know the best combination the type of Cheese & Bread.
The first class was about bucket. There are so many buckets including soft type that regularly
eat at French household and hard type that you can enjoy surface. I bought many types of
buckets and enjoy the comparison at the Studio. The best cheese for bucket is white-rind cheese.
