四角くふわっとした形、スウィーツみたい。昨日飲んだバローロと同じイタリアの
クアルティローロ・ロンバルド（Quartirolo Lombardo）というチーズの表面をあらった
ウオッシュチーズ。同じイタリアのルーツが同じチーズとワイン、美味しくいただけます。
It seems sweets, but actually it is not. This is a wash type of cheese called Quartirolo
Lombardo from Italy, which is the same as Barolo that I had last night. Since both are
from the same country, I strongly felt the marriage was perfect. Oishii.
