November 19, 20 15 お家のみワイン Wine at Home

イタリアは、20州すべてでワインを作っています。赤ワインのほうが有名な感じがするけれど、
白ワインも半分くらいの割合で作っています。軽くてお家のみにはぴったりの白ワイン、和食にも
あうと思います。ヨーロピアンなテーブルでは、イタリア　カンパーニャ州の白ワイン、
SOGNO DI RIVOLTA（ソーニョ　ディ　リヴォルタ）を飲みました。

All twenty states in Italy make own wines. Although it seems that red wine is much famous
there, white wine is also made about 50% of the total production. Light Italian white wine is
good as table wine, which can match with Japanese food. For European Table, white wine
called SOGNO RIVILTA was served. (European Table: Advanced Class in July)
