December 28, 2015 チーズの季節 Season for Cheese

クリスマス・イブイブから昨日まで沢山のチーズを、食卓にだしました。白カビ、山のチーズ、
モンドールと種類もお酒にあわせていろいろ楽しみました。飲み過ぎの原因は美味しいチーズのせいかも。
その中で、今年一番のお気に入りは、ゾレット（DZORETTE）という、もみの香りがする
クリーミーなスイスのチーズです。

There are so many cheeses on the table since Christmas Eve Eve and yesterday including
bloomy rind cheese, mountain kinds of cheese and Mont-d'or. My favorite cheese among
these is a Switzerland cheese called DZORETTE with fie tree. The drinks are also selected
along with the types of cheeses. No wonder I drunk too much.
