September 11, 2016 ローズマリーのチーズ Cheese with Rosemary

週末だから、ゆっくりとワインとチーズをいただきます！今夜のために、オベハロメロという
スペインのチーズを買いました。「オベハ=羊乳」「ロメロ=ローズマリー」という名の通り、
びっしりとローズマリーが外皮についています。すっきりとしたローズマリーのアロマを焚いて、
夏の疲れを癒そうっと。

Since this is a weekend, I would like to have a delicious cheese with white wine.
The cheese selected for tonight is called OVEJA AL ROMERO from Spin.
OVEJA stands for Sheep milk while Romero means Rosemary. A full of rosemary is
on the cheese skin. Fresh rosemary aroma will be with me to let myself more relaxed
for the summer night.
