November 28, 2016 胡桃のチーズ Walnuts in Cheese

最近は、寒くなってきたので、チーズを温めて食べる機会が増えました。
ハードチーズやウォッシュチーズ。とりわけ、胡桃がウォッシュチーズの真ん中に入った
ポット プレ(POTEAUPRE) というチーズがとても美味しかった。　

There is more opportunity to make hard cheese and wash cheese warmed-up
in this season. Especially the cheese called POTEAUPRE with walnuts is
the best so far.
