March 12, 2017 シャンパーニュ Champagne

先日、シャンパーニュを飲み比べるクラスに参加しました。一度にたくさんの種類の
シャンパーニュを比べて飲むことがないので、シャンパーニュにもブランドやタイプに
よりいろいろな味や香りの違いがあるのだとわかりました。ブランドブランという白ワインで
作ったシャンパーニュの華やかさとコクが好みでした。

I attended the Campaign class the other day. At the class, we compared
a variety of champagnes. Since I usually drink a single brand Champaign,
I enjoyed the comparison as well as was so impressed by finding notes and
tastes are completely deferent by the type and the brand.
I also found that I like a glamorous and fruity type called blanc de blanc,
which made by only white grapes.
