これからのチーズはミルクの香りが高い熟成タイプのチーズが楽しめます。
英語でAging Cheeseと言っていいのか、不明だけれど、チーズも人間も
熟成期間が長い方が魅力的?
We will be able to enjoy aging cheeses containing a lot of milk taste
from this season. I guess both human and cheese are rather attractive
after the certain aging period. Maybe.
